Minds@Work Program

The Minds@Work program is a group evidence-based psychosocial intervention to improve individuals' employment outcomes developed by Dr. Geneviève Sauvé (Sauvé et al., 2022). The program was initially designed for individuals living with severe mental illness and is now being adapted for individuals with other mental and neurodiversity disorders.

Severe Mental Illness
Group

The efficacy of the Minds@Work program as a group intervention for people living with severe mental illness is currently being examined.
